Ingredients:
* 1 Loaf Brioche Bread or Challah
* 1 quart Heavy Cream
* ½ cup Grand Marnier
* 4 Whole Eggs
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
* ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
* 2 tablespoons of Butter
1. Mix heavy cream, Grand Marnier, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Mix eggs separately. Then mix eggs with the other ingredients.
2. Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices.
3. Dip bread into french toast mix (from step 1). Let soaked bread sit for 2 minutes.
4. Sauté both sides of french toast in butter at medium heat until the bread is golden brown.
5. Serve with maple syrup, garnish with powdered sugar.
